The key to this patented manufacturing method is the cryogenic process and grinding technology where the shredded scrape tyres are frozen in order to properly separate the rubber from textile and steel (with a purity of 99.99%). The cryogenic process allows the spezialized grinding of the vulcanised rubber into very fine and pure powder.

Rubber powder production plant
A modern, innovative and environmentally friendly plant which is operating continuously at a temperature of minus 195.8 °C to process used tyres into finest rubber powders. System and methods are based on an economically and ecologically proven and approved technology - Made in Germany.

Our finest rubber powder is an excellent substitution for expensive and scarce primary raw materials (e.g. natural and synthetic rubber and plastic also). The market for rubber powder is internationally and dynamically expanding. Our target group the rubber and plastics market have an annual volume of more than 250,000,000 tonnes.
We calculate the production costs for the production of rubber powder for the location Germany approx. EUR 331/t.
The plants are built, commissioned and guaranteed by well known German companies in accordance with the German and European technical standard. Completeness, completion and the function, as stipulated in the contract, are guaranteed by VIRGO and its German general contractor.
Operation of the plant is continuous on 24 hours basis. Raw material of scrap
